Funny guy - you can't disguise the Scouse sense of humour. Some of the jokes were a bit long-winded though. It was good to see Duncan Norville away from the TV shows - his risqué humour came through better. Recommended viewing for those with a sense of humour

Having seen the actual show live some months ago, I suppose I am somewhat biased, but here you have classic Ricky Tomlinson. Having met him in the flesh it is hard to distinguish where Ricky leaves off and becomes Jim Royle or one of the other characters he has portrayed in his acting career. Begs the question "Is he acting or is this really Ricky as he is?" On tour he is accompanied by Tony Barton, Duncan (Is he or isn't he??) Norvelle and Pauline Daniels. When we saw him the Helmet Brothers were also on the bill doing their naked balloon dance routine but this is not on the video. Tony Barton is a traditional Northern comedian and Pauline Daniels a blue comedienne from Liverpool, very good and as blue as many male counterparts. Duncan Norvelle has been around for many years now with his famous catchphrase "Chase Me" and his own original slightly camp material. Join all 4 together in one DVD and what have you got? In my opinion a classic collection of traditional humor bordering on the blue but very funny. I have no connection or pecuniary interest with any of the artistes but can only say one thing... Recommended, Buy It!!!Read full review
Ricky ain't no stand -up comedian. Funny in other things but not here. In the bin. Very ordinary. I hope the Runcorn audience didn't pay to get in. It waas rubbish.
