Les frais aller et retour restent à la charge du Client en cas d'erreur de sa part ou s’il a changé d’avis. Si le colis nous est retourné pour les motifs suivants : "non réclamé", "adresse incomplète" ou "n'habite pas à l'adresse indiquée", les frais de ports aller ne sont pas remboursés.
