Seat arrived exactly as described, even down to one tiny mark on the seat which looked worse in the photo than it actually was. Extremely well packaged and arrived on time despite a hold up at customs. I stupidly hadn't realised it came from Lithuania and I had to pay £50.01p in duties etc, despite this the seat still worked out £50 cheaper than I could have got within the UK.
