Me and my partner tried these for one month, im 84kg and my partner is on slimming world and has hit a wall. At the end of the month i stayed the same and my partner lost about 4lb. For these to really work well i think you would need to eat a calory restricted diet and excercise, but you would lose weight without taking these so are they just a placebo? One thing is certain and that is the energy boost they give you (probably the caffeine). Personally i think i would be better off drinking green tea and taking guarana supplements for energy which is just missing out the bitter orange. Obviously indivdual effects are gonna vary but this is mine and my partners personal experience

It states to take one tablet early in the morning as it will boost energy levels then after your body gets used to them usually after a week start taking two tablets. But taking one tablet I didn't feel any affect at all so on my second day I took two tablets and still didnt feel any different. I have taken different T5's previously where I had only taken one tablet and felt so energetic & had a lack of appetite but I'm afraid these ones do not have any affect on me, total waste of money.
