Item arrived a day early which was a good thing. Item was packed extremely well. Unfortunately the parts could not be installed to my satisfaction. Their return process was fast, without question and the refund was processed within 24 hours. The return process was expensive, $50 for the return shipping on a $200 purchase, but that's the cost of buying on Ebay and I took the chance well aware of the risks,
