TERMS OF SALE
We will make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you have a deadline to meet, want to upgrade your delivery service or need a delivery quote, please contact us.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently.
SHIPPING:
All our items are safely packed and shipped by the various third-party carriers, depending on the total package weight.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged during delivery please contact us within 48 hours to make a claim. Our claim process is very simple and hassle-free. We will do our best to help you in dispelling any doubts you may have.
If you wish to return your item, you must advise us your intent to cancel within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will reply within 1 working day to advise the return process. Please do not return the item until you have heard from us.
Returned items must be complete and in unused condition. Please ensure that the item is safely packed and your return is made via an insured and tracked service in case of loss or damage in transit. We will not be able to issue a refund if returned item is incomplete or damaged. You should also ensure that you include details of your name and address. We will acknowledge receipt of the returned item by email to your email address. A full refund of the order total will be made by the original payment method within 5 working days of the item return.
DELIVERY TERMS
We deliver to all of the mainland UK. If you live in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland (postcodes AB BT DD FK IV KY KW PA PH TR) please contact us for delivery cost as it will differ from the advertised price.
PARCEL SHIPPING: We strongly advise to provide contact telephone number for delivery. In case of failed delivery due to your absence, the carrier might leave the parcel in the safe place or leave the card with information needed to re-arrange delivery at your earliest convenient time.
If the carrier is unable to deliver a shipment because of access issue (i.e. your absence, provided a partially wrong address, etc.) the parcel will be returned to us after three delivery attempts; re-delivery can be arranged however this will incur additional postage charges.
In the event of a parcel return due to the fault of the buyer, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are concerned about delivery time please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
 
FREIGHT SHIPPING: Orders weighing over 33 kg are shipped on a pallet. Pallet shipping cost is £29.00 (including vat).
There’s only one pallet delivery charge even if you order more items.
Pallet delivery price is for the entire mainland UK. If you live in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland (postcodes AB BT DD FK IV KY KW PA PH TR) please contact us for delivery cost as it will differ from the advertised price.
Delivery time is not specified however we can arrange delivery for a weekday to suit you. Saturday deliveries and am or pm specified deliveries can be arranged at additional cost: am/pm delivery £7.50 + vat, timed delivery £15.00 + vat, Saturday delivery £30.00 + vat.
We recommend that you provide a valid contact telephone number so the driver can contact you in case of delivery issues. You can also request a phone call one hour prior to delivery. It is important that someone is present to receive and inspect delivery as failed attempt will incur re-delivery charge of £12 + vat. Collection from the nearest depot will also be available at no extra fee after arrangement. The pallet will be delivered and placed as near to where you want it as possible. Please tell us about any access problems for large vehicles when you place your order. If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.
