This is NOT a OO/HO Scale Model. Description Section states it’s at 1:144 Scale - never seen in Railway Models. That’s slightly larger than N Scale (1:148) but it would depend on the Architectural Standard on which the Model was based. This Model conforms to neither, and would appear to be an Office built to Domestic measurements. I’ve got a few similar Japanese and German N Scale Model Buildings, but they each differ in size. Because this was so inexpensive, I bought this simply for measurement comparisons against my own designs. This Model does not have hard floors between all of the Storeys, does not come with any glazing material, so there’s some additive work to do before you try assembling it. Despite its Tabs and Slots, it will require your favoured Glue to make it stable. The Description says it is White, but mine came in Grey plastic. It took a Month to arrive, but that was of no concern to me. I cannot recommend it for OO/HO Modellers, but it is JUST about acceptable for N Scale. I don’t know how or why it could be useful in a Psychology Textbook though. (see Description)Read full review

A good basic kit which is very straightforward to put together but mine didn't have any instructions which would make it a bit harder for someone who is new to kit making. Be prepared for a bit of a wait for it too. I ordered mine on 29th January and it arrived 16th February. It was however, worth the wait.

Good kit, realistic 'office windows- i easily put it together in two minutes without glue, almost without even looking, bit of kit bashing from three kits, ive made a believable London circa 1960's 14 floor building.. only downside was the months wait for them to arrive.

Good value. Easy to build. Can be improved by spraying aerosol paint and add plastic insidefor glass and of course adding led lighting inside.
