Very disappointed not as described was not brand new. evident by the yellowing around the display. The plastic base was missing a bit, it was not done in transit since the missing piece was not in the box. The only good thing was the price.

This is a great digital phone for use with the Avaya IP Office phone system. It is one of our best sellers. Only issue to consider is with excessive use or exposure to sunlight the keys and cover around the screen can go yellow. Generally a very good phone that we highly recommend.

As with all Avaya phones you will get quality. There are a few issues mainly screen problem. There is a screen test function that is really handy if you run through the menu's.
