Despite the poor reviews I bought this item and am happy with it. Its not the sturdiest thing in the world but what do you expect when it collapses into a convenient circle for super easy storage. I used velcro to attach mine to railing and so far it stands up great! looks very good from far away. looks fine close up but you can tell its fabric. Very happy with it as I would rather pay around $30 for a light weight, easy to store coffin than $300 for one made of real wood that is heavy and takes up a lot of storage space. I recommend it!

This coffin gives the look of a real coffin from a distance, but its nylon material and frail frame doesn't allow it to hold its shape. Without it being tied to a stable object (such as a tree) or some rocks or bricks being placed into it, it will constantly either blow away or fall over. I used it for this past Halloween season and had to punch holes in it and tie it to a tree. The frame is poorly constructed and kept coming apart. If you don't mind having to fidget with it multiple times, it does show well in a graveyard scene. I may get one or two more seasons out of it.

Cheaply made, rips, breaks. Can't really do anything with it. Has to be placed where nothing can touch it or further destroy it. I've learned my lesson. Good and cheap for static, background, tabletop decoration for party, not a useable prop.

Very light and easy to setup or take down. This is constructed of fabric over a wire spring frame. Plastic dowels go in pockets to maintain depth. The lid fastens with velcro. My only regret is these don't come in 6 foot lengths to hold a person. It will make a great prop for Elvira, Vampire or any creepy Halloween set. Very pleased and better than I expected.

Great prop. Lite. And folds up in a small space (with storage bag) for next year.
