If you have received the towbar and have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item then within 60 days of receipt you must inform us (by phone, email, eBay or post) that you wish to return it for a refund (This refund includes the original delivery charge (if any) at our standard or economy delivery rate). You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. If there is a problem with the towbar we would ask that you contact us as even professional fitters can misread instructions. If faulty or incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our courier to collect it from you (at our cost) and for another towbar to be sent or of course we can give you a full refund instead

well made kit with sensible instructions, value for money and better than JLR supplied equipment (they obviously bulk purchase for a low price and sell on branded lower standard kit for more!).
