I bought this book to hopefully improve my understanding and maybe learn something new... it's a fantastic book for someone just starting there path, but as I have been on my path for thirty years then I classed it as a good read for a Wiccan Witch who is just beginning to learn about where their beliefs come from and a little history, it's broken into sections, history, oils and potions, candle work, etc, an interesting read....
