Very nice phone but awful battery life! such a shame. 3D feature is good fun but not useful as there are many 3D formats and very few 3D contents that can be played on this phone. So the extra price premium for 3D is not value for money! if only the stock battery would last for 8hr of use it would be a great phone i can only get 4.5hrs of use from the stock battery - 3g web surfing, game, text etc. If you want one of this phone buy a spare battery.
This is by far the best phone I have owned. Starts in seconds, has large screen. Basically this is a small computer with a phone built in, Very easy to use and at a Very good price. Some may find battery runs down too quick, but depends how you use it. I have had a couple of more expensive android phones, but this is the best so far.
Lovely phone, with all the bits, great for general browsing and very clever. However... many of the features simply do not work. It is supposed to act as a mobile access point.. wrong doesnt work. Ive tried for weeks.. it will not sync up with the HTC sync software.. and HTC customer support is hopeless... they very cleverly lead you into the lost world of more questions so you just cannot be bothered to sort out the problem you contacted them about.. rather like tom tom. The 3d/screen is brilliant.. just no support available for the video (ie editing/file transfer) and the spiderman 3d game is brilliant to look at.. but full of control flaws.... you get killed even if you press the correct button type thing.. very annoying. It does not play very many video types... and if there is a problem with signal it will tell you strange things like 'file error'! You need a google acocunt to use this phone... when i made a google payment someone simultaniously tried to take several thousand pounds from my bank account!Read full review
when i first got phone was quite impressed with it.good browsing speed and quick loading apps and youtube etc. a bit too much bloatware, but suppose thats the same with most android devices.has now froze 4 or 5 times which is very frustrating and also now and again battery level drops very quickly with no apps running at the time.when it's running properly it's accually a good device. other bad point is qaulity of photo's, especially in sunlight. 3d photo's quite good, although a bit of novelty value to begin with. all in all not a bad phone, just a bit disappointed with some aspects. thinking of selling it and going for xperia s, mainly for camera.
I bought this product because I needed a new phone that isn't an apple product so I decided I'd get a HTC and ended up with this one. I like literally everything about this phone especially it's 2D/3D camera but overall it took some getting used to and typing on the on-screen keyboard is a lot more difficult compared to iPhones. I've only ever used iPhones so I'd say that the iPhone is better because of how much simpler it is to use in comparison to this.
