The acquired 2GB Transcend Compact-flash card is being used with a special 8-bit memory card in a vintage computer as a program and data respiratory. I've used numerous of these cards in other machines for this purpose. For machine of 4.77 and 8 MHz transfer rates are fast. However, these cards will not boot like that of a standard C drive or mechanical hard drive. The user must use what was available for the time period of these machines. Since I have acquired many of these cards I would say they are reliable and a good value for the money.

Not as fast as higher GB cards, but a lot of the older digital cameras cannot accept the higher cards. Very good card under these conditions. Glad these are still available.
