These gel capsules are easy to swallow and they are high dose which means i can take less capsules and take them less often for maintenance. Great when the horrible prescribed calcichew isn't working! But always check with a doctor as these very high dose pills can cause a lot of medical issues if you begin to over supplement by yourself (I work in Pathology with a doctor who runs the hospital clinics for patients like this!).
