Bought this for our guest bedroom although we have a tv combi which does not play Blu-ray or even some dvd regions. Had to buy an HDMI cable but that was not a problem as we have a shop very nearby that sells that sort of thing, also had to download a user manual from a user manual website. Apart from that, it is very easy to use and plays Blu-ray and all regions which is exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased with purchase.

I was not sure what to expect from this player because of the price, however it is a superb player with quality definition playback and good feature options. It has played all types of DVD's and CD's so far. I have bought DVD players in the past and they are no-where near this quality. If I had to find one minor annoyance its the large on screen display when using search etc... but it does go off quite quickly. Overall I would recommend buying this player to anyone looking for a good value, stylish blu-ray player.
Quite honestly I couldn't be more delighted. the player plays everything I put in including several disks that always got stuck in the same place in my old player. I was blown away by the rich colours it produced too and the phenomenal sound. I have yet to try connecting it to my router because they are are sadly at opposite sides of my lounge and short of running a ridiculously long lead (assuming you could get an 18 ft lead) I will just have to dream about what else I may well be able to do. Not that I really need that side of it, for me it is all about rewatching old favourites knowing that I will see the whole film from beginning to end. Love it, love it, love it!
Wanted an inexpensive 2nd player for dayroom blu-ray/dvd use and this player hits all the right buttons. Inexpensive,simplicity to set-up and operate, clear and easy to follow handbook coupled with fast silent loading and playing, "it does exactly what it says on the box".
For the money it is ideal Paid another £8 for a remote, again was v/good value Slow by today's standards but does the job .pleased with both purchases.
