I bought this TV as I needed a large PC monitor to use Reason 5 music software. The TV allows me to have a 1920 x 1080 desktop resolution. Its also great for watching downloaded films and BBC I-player at full screen, as well as PC games. I also have a Sky+ HD attached to one of the 2 HDMI sockets. The TV was really easy to set up, and although this item was a catalogue return (I think) I was in perfect condition. The batteries for the remote control still had their original cellophane wrapper intact. The remote itself is nice. It has large buttons which are well laid out and the build quality looks like it will survive being dropped a few times! The picture and sound quality are really good and the picture has a nice warm colour. I honestly cannot comment about the Freeview aspect as my TV isn't connected to an antenna - only the Sky box. Having had a CRT television for years, it was only when the old TV was on its last legs that we decided to upgrade to an LCD flat screen TV. I had seen what appeared to be good value TV's advertised at a local store but having looked a reviews online they gave different stories. I found the Toshiba Regza 32" on ebay and checked reviews using Google. I was pleasently suprised with the various different reviews, most of which gave 4.5 out 5. In a nutshell, its a good sized tv for a small flat, it has good colouring and provides a good picture. The only small defect is the volume, it is nowhere near as loud as our old tv. All in all, its a good tv, it was fairly cheap to buy but has all the things we need a tv to do.
I bought this as I don't have much space in my lounge, and the other one was taking up too much room. The picture is fantastic, whatever channel you are watching. My son set it up in 5 minutes flat, so it was easy to do. The price was fantastic considering it was a branded make, rather than an unknown.
