Terms and conditions of the sale
1. Our commercial products are not sold on a trial basis or on approval. Please ensure, therefore, that the item is suitable for your needs BEFORE purchasing by fully reading descriptions or asking us - and not guessing, assuming or hoping it is suitable.
 
2. Any damages or shortages must be noted when signing for goods and notified to us in writing within 24 hours. Non-delivery must be reported to us in writing within 5 working days of despatch.
 
3. Delivery times are an estimate only and therefore not guaranteed unless a timed service is paid for. If an item is returned to us because no-one was available to accept the delivery, or a wrong/incomplete address was provided, then buyer will be responsible for our original shipping costs and any further costs we consequently incur to have the item returned to us. Buyer will also have to pay the usual shipping charges to have the item sent again.
 
4. Most items are guaranteed for 12 months Parts & Labour, excluding HP Hoses and Wear & Tear items (30 Days). Should an item develop a fault, please contact us in the first instance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense and risk - and include a copy of your purchase invoice. We will usually repair or replace a faulty item within 5 working days from the receipt of it.
 
5. If an item returned to us under a warranty claim has been subject to incorrect fitting, damage or abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse, contamination, dust/water ingress, fair wear or tear, frost damage or electrical underpower/overload, the buyer will instead be liable for all standard labour, carriage, packing and parts costs incurred to effect a repair or replacement.
 
6. We may at our discretion accept for refund stock items purchased in error provided they are; returned within 7 days of delivery with our prior written authorisation; returned at your own expense and risk until received by us; remain unopened in their original and undamaged packaging; have not been used or marked whatsoever; remain in a saleable condition; and the original purchase invoice (not a copy) accompanies the item. A refund will then be made within 7 days subject to deduction of a 25% restocking, handling and admin charge, less any Ebay/Paypal fees incurred if the sale cannot be cancelled (12.5%) and less any postage originally paid for - or in the case of "free delivery" less the cost of P&P actually incurred by us. Special orders or cut-to-size items are non-returnable.
