All items will be sent by Royal Mail, City Link, DPD and UK Mail
We are not responsible for delivery times.
Please note: all goods will require a signature upon collection.
If you are unable to collect/sign for your goods, please send the order to a different address. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and bank holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account.
However if a Buyer wishes to change the delivery address they must contact us via eBay prior to making payment.
Express delivery: 24 hour service available only Monday to Friday (weekend not included). Any orders for express delivery which have been placed after mid day will be shipped the following day; delivery will not be next day.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS. (This will help us dispatch your goods quicker) - (Applies to the UK ONLY) Please be sure to check all charges for the item before bidding or buying.
Once we have received full & cleared payment we aim to dispatch all items within 1-2 working days. Please note that delivery couriers do not provide any specific delivery time window.
We do not ship to PO Box numbers or British forces address.
All our items are professionally packaged and our p&p costs include materials and labour.
However if a customer has missed the delivery two time and we received the item back from the courier then buyer needs to pay £3.50 for redelivery or we can issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.50. Furthermore if a buyer changes his/her mind or the item is not required then they can send it back to us on their own cost and we will issue refund by deducting the delivery cost £3.50.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Please report us with in 7 working days if an item delivered is damaged.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items, and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when received we will resolve the issue by taking back said item and supplying a replacement. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties
Warranty: For items which are under warranty any defects in the goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by us either by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within a reasonable period of time after delivery.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Direct2publik, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.(The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)
Refunds
Any items which have been returned for refunds, the customer must email us via eBay messaging a notification of return together with tracking number / proof of postage and details of postage method used. Upon notification agreed refund will be issued.
Once a refund has been agreed between both parties ( seller & customer) please allow at least 24working hours for refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the method in which payment has been made.
Lost Parcels
If your item is lost please message us ASAP.
For any lost parcels please contact us within 7 working or reasonable time period, where upon we will endeavour to track your item. The relevant courier will be contacted immediately for a full investigation and suitable option will be offered.
If in the event that your item is lost in the courier depot we will offer you a replacement or refund
Payments
After successfully winning an item, please make your payment within (5 Days) Please note: Full payment is expected within 5 Days of our BUY IT NOW or AUCTIONS otherwise item will be resold
We accept payment by PayPal, CHEQUES and Postal Orders.

By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.
Please note that paying by Echeque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your ECheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.
By Postal Order or cheques- Please contact us after purchase for our postal address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only
Please note items will be despatched once payment has cleared, please ensure when payment is made via cheque or postal order to also include a note with your full shipping details, ebay username and item number. If we do not know who the payment is from we cannot despatch your item

We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s faults, BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for a full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount at our discretion. UK POSTAGE
Products upto 1kg: Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked service
Products between 1kg and 30kg: you will be notified by email when you product has been dispatched from Direct2publik Depot.
if you are not in to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card and will re-deliver next day.if you are still not in then parcel will be returned back to the courier depot and will be kept for 48 hr to be collected.However if you are still unable to collect parcel then it will be returned to us.
Orders between 1kg and 30kg are sent with CITY LINK/DPD or UK MAIL and arrives within 2-3 working days.If you require next day delivery service please contact us for quote.Additional charges will apply for the following areas.
