WARRANTY & RETURNS
THE BUYER IS GIVEN A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TO FIT THE PART, IF FOUND FAULTY WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE ITEM, IF THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE GIVEN.
WE WILL NOT PAY ANY LABOUR COST FROM FITTING A USED CAR PART SUPPLIED BY US.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PARTS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US THAT DO NOT HAVE OUR ORIGINAL SECURITY MARKINGS, HAVE BEEN MODIFIED OR ON ITEMS SUPPLIED CORRECTLY IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.
ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS MUST BE ASSUMED THAT THEY WILL NEED CODING / PROGRAMMING TO WORK CORRECTLY IN YOUR VEHICLE, WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT ARE MERELY PLUGGED IN & DON'T FUNCTION.
DELIVERY
ALL PACKAGES MUST BE CHECKED FOR DAMAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND SIGNED FOR AS “DAMAGED”
WE MUST BE NOTIFED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN MAKE A CLAIM FROM THE COURIER.
IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE, THE COURIER WILL ONLY ATTEMPT DELIVERY TWICE, AFTER THAT THE PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US, WE WILL ONLY SEND THE ITEM OUT AGAIN IF POSTAGE COSTS ARE COVERED.
TRACKING NUMBERS ARE ISSUED AT THE TIME OF DISPATCH, IT IS THE THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ON THE RELEVANT WEBSITE WHEN THEIR PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED.
