I love this set of CDs by Rhonda Byrne. When I listen to them, mostly in the car, I feel uplifted & find I feel good when I'm going about my day. They give me joy & help me feel "Life is Good". Life really is what we choose to make it & we do choose even though we often think life is done to us. I recommend choosing the life you live over letting life happen to you. Start with "Today is Fantastic" as soon as you wake up & go from there.

I absolutely love this CD (5 in the pack) and have recommended it to everybody! They in turn are recommending to others! I read the first book (The Secret) which is also amazing, but for me a cd is more useful as I can listen to it in my car as I spend a lot of time driving, so I now spend the time I am stuck in traffic really well by listening to the CDs. They cover all aspects of your life and easy to listen and relate to. Massively recommended :-)
