I bought this because I am a fan of Cath Kidston and also really enjoy to cross stitch. I had already been given 'Make' as a gift and really liked so thought this would be good as well. I wasn't disappointed, the free gift is beautiful and easy to make, the hints and tips take it beyond just standard cross stitch and the projects are so pretty. Although I don't think I'll ever do all of them they are great for inspiration and I just enjoyed reading through the book and looking at everything. This would make an ideal gift for anyone who likes the Cath Kidston style, even if it is only used a coffee table book. I easily think this my favourite book of patterns in my craft room and would really recommend it.
