Delivery of Purchases
We aim to dispatch orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday on the same day unless other arrangements have been made with us. Orders received outside of these hours will be dispatched on the following Monday. Delivery and dispatch periods are targets and delays do occasionally happen. We will only mark orders as dispatched when they have been handed over to our shipping carrier.
 
Regarding orders for living creatures: Any damages, or deaths in transit concerning items purchased from us should be reported within 24 hours of them being delivered, and we may request photographic evidence and/or the return of said items before a suitable solution is arranged.
 
We often include extra nymphs with orders for living creatures. These extras are to cover any potential losses in transit and are provided without any additional charge. They are intended to ensure you receive the amount described in the listing, and as such, do not qualify for replacement if they are DOA.
 
We accept no liability to the Customer in respect of any damage, destruction or loss howsoever caused by any living creatures after delivery to the Customer. The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the Goods are stored and used safely and appropriately, upon receipt of the living creatures the Customer must transfer the Goods into containers suitable for the storage of those creatures.
 
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill part or the whole of your order we will delay shipment and contact you to arrange a suitable solution.
