Well measured.
Have used Mitutoyo and Tesa measuring equipment for 30years and yes they are pricey and of top quality, but Moore and Wright have always been a good reliable bench mark to go to that has been trusted by many companies just as long and probably longer. When I served my apprenticeship it was Moore and Wright we used and I still have those micrometers that are in good working order 40years on. This vernier is the best value piece of kit you will find that easily keeps up with the expensive makes. Solid readout and repeatability is spot on, in my opinion a little better than the Mitutoyo I last had that worked. The case is a no frills plastic injection that is durable. Also the seller delivered promptly and was very generous to include extra batteries which are of the much larger and more ... Perfect set of calipers
Deffo worth spending a bit more on this than the usual Chinese stuff which in my experience can have a little bit of slop in it of up to 5 thou of an inch. I use mine for loading ammunition, so it has to be spot on. This item is really good. Strong and precise. No play, holds zero and is easy to use and read. I literally cannot fault it.
