WUTHERING HEIGHTS, Young gypsy boy Heathcliff is adopted into the benevolent Earnshaw family and discovers his soul-mate in his stepsister, Cathy. All are content until Heathcliff and Cathy realise that they can never marry because of their class differences. Heathcliff's rage leads to a life-long vengeance.

MOLL FLANDERS, Daniel Defoe's vast 1722 novel tells the story of a woman whose indomitable spirit carries her through a lifetime of adventure. From an extended stint as a prostitute, through jail time and her ultimate redemption, Moll's sense of hope never wavers.

DR ZHIVAGO, is an exploration of the Russian Revolution as seen from the point of view of the introspective title character; a doctor and poet torn between the love of his faithful wife Tonya and the passion of his muse and mistress Lara. Their love affair plays out against the wars and upheavals of czarist Russia until they--and the nation--are finally and irreparably altered by the advent of the Russian Revolution.

Discs not working properly.
Tried two of the discs, they start playing then it just goes blank, at the same place every time. No trouble playing other discs.
