Excellent informative book. If you are interested in crystal healing, then this is a great book to have. I've been interested in crystals for many years and now I'm curious to see if there is a way of helping ailments without too much reliance on chemical/prescriptions. I used a green aventurine to help my grandson with his autistic tendencies and there has been an improvement. I shall try other crystals to help him with his other problems. The way I see it, if you dont try, you dont know if there would be of help. And even if nothing happens, you haven't caused any harm like you possibly could with prescription drugs. (Though I must stress, do NOT stop your prescribed drugs without consulting your GP)
