The seller couldn't have been any more helpful . Sadly the original parcel didn't turn up, so I contacted seller and they sorted the matter out in a most efficient and professional way. The bag itself is exactly as described a lovely soft black leather, you're able to fit all the necessities in that you need, such as a purse, phone, lippy, keys, rollt of mints and sunglasses. It's exceptional value for the pric, I can't recommend highly enough both the handbag and most importantly the seller
