The elaborate box set, limited to 50,000 copies worldwide, comes with a luxuriously designed, 252-page hardcover book. Written by award-winning radio producer Kevin Howlett, this book, exclusive to this edition, dedicates a chapter to each album. In addition, it contains background information on the history of the remasters and the production process of the vinyl edition. The book, which comes in square LP sleeve format, contains a slew of photos spanning the Beatles' entire career, many of which were not included in the booklets of the 2009 CD remasters. Tracks include all twelve UK original Beatles albums first released between 1963 and 1970, the originally US only album Magical Mystery Tour, which is now part of the band's album catalogue, Past Masters, Volumes One & Two, which include.
