This works just fine. Easily as good as the film type, but much less intrusive. Reception is good, even at my parents house where the reception is rubbish. Also, as its held on by adhesive foam, it's very easy to move if you need to.

Bought this as I had replaced original stereo with pioneer unit . Reception was almost unobtainable , kept losing signal. This internal dab glass mounted aerial is absolutely useless, would have better reception with a coat hanger. The aerial appeared to work fine when the car was stationary but as soon as your driving it loses the signal. Tried mounting it in different positions on the side glass and the windscreen without any success.
