The book is of good quality, was delivered fast. The stories are absolutely delicious, very easy to read and understand despite the fact that they are full of information and Greek names. They are also funny, considering that most of the myths are absurd, the author is not shy in pointing it out.

I am not tutored in Greek mythology or for that matter any of the more classical studies, but I found Stephen fry's 'Mythos' extremely easy to follow along with. Stephen tells the story of the creation of the titans and their jealous rivalries and the birth of the gods in his own unique and special jovial way. I am only a quarter of the way in to this book but I would recommend this book to anyone with a love of fantasy or simply an interest in Greek mythology.

If you have no idea about greek mythology, this book will seem very confusing for you. I have limited knowledge of such and even I had to re-read certain sections to understand it but atleast it gives you facts about the actual mythology rather than the stuff you "learn" off of TV Shows and Movies.

Brilliant, erudite, funny and compellingly readable. My Greek husband loved it after first grumbling about the non-Greek, I.e.Anglicised, use of the name Zeus. I didn’t hear him grumbling about anything else (unusually!)

A nice easy introduction to the pantheon of Greek gods. Stephen Fry makes the subject accessible with his relaxed writing style without dumbing it down. A good read.
